I am a Registered Psychological Practitioner and Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher based in Ashford, Kent. I offer an integrative and holistic approach working with the whole person’s mind, body, and health.

Fully Qualified

I have practiced yoga for a number of years and have been teaching since 2009. My qualifications include BWY Dip, MSc CPsychol and I am a Mindfulness Teacher trained with the Mindfulness Association – one of the leading UK providers for Mindfulness Training. And this work is in accordance with the UK Network of Mindfulness Teachers.

One-To-One Therapy

My mindfulness and compassion based interventions focus on helping you to build insight and understand and manage issues such as depression, anxiety and stress.


Group Classes

Ranging from 4 students or more, practice gentle but effective yoga alongside like-minded people.


Individual Classes

I tailor classes to your needs aiding a restful mind, re-vitalising the body through movement along with sitting meditation practices – helping explore the mind-body link, supporting self-soothing skills and provide educational material.


Yoga Days Lotus & Rose with Julie Page

'Lotus & Rose Days' fuse East and West, Ancient and Contemporary perspectives.
Together we offer creative yoga and mindfulness practice including gentle postures and flowing movement, breathwork, and the guided meditative dance to inspire, nurture and lift spirits.
During the course of our days, we explore ways that our practices can enhance our everyday lives and ultimatley helps us appreciate our life, keeps us well and cares for others.


Mindfulness-Based Living Course (MBLC)

This is an 8 week course developed for the general public by one of the main UK provider for Mindfulness training, The Mindfulness Association with whom I have trained.

My Approach

One of my key interests and fascination with yoga lies with an intuitive awareness of its deeper aspects – the mind and taking care of our inner world.
I began to realize that there were subtle overlaps between yoga and a discipline that I had studied and formally practiced in as a clinical psychologist.
This discipline uses the medium of talking therapy with a non-judgemental therapist to help alleviate emotional stress, and promote insight from a position of equanimity and calm in the person seeking help.
